Instructions: Start with a virtual visit using Cleveland Clinic Express Care Online, an eVisit questionnaire in MyChart* or call your primary care physician to be screened. The Physician will send you through a secondary screening process in which you will be instructed where to go for testing, if testing is deemed necessary. The Virtual/Physician visit is MANDATORY. The Physician must order the test for you to arrive for testing. PLEASE DO NOT CALL CLINIC EXPECTING TO BE TESTED W/OUT COMPLETING THE PROCESS.
